Depending on the size of the flat, the monthly rent (including heating) is between € 520 and € 2210. It includes the following: Basic rent, furniture surcharge and all overhead and ancillary costs (electricity, heating, water, running and ancillary costs, stairwell cleaning, repairs and flat maintenance).
You only need to register the phone connection if necessary.
NB: Depending on the size of the flat, we may also charge a deposit and a cleaning surcharge.
