In the Project Management department at Volkswagen Immobilien we take care of commercial real estate projects from A to Z, from the user needs analysis through looking for a site to producing the building ready for occupancy. VWI's Project Management sets the course to create a client-oriented and economic property of lasting value.

In the last few years we have developed and realised a series of major projects for the Volkswagen Group and its individual brands. The spectrum ranges from office buildings and dealerships through logistics sites to special-use properties.

          With each property, we check what type of realisation is most suitable for the user. Whether as an own investment through Volkswagen Immobilien, through the property holding company Volkswagen Group Real Estate or as a general contractor model for investments made by Group companies.
