Our Facility Management department is the central provider of facility management services for Volkswagen AG's external properties.

For years now we have been managing a wide variety of properties, including many large commercial properties, in Wolfsburg and environs; among these these are Bürozentrum Nord, the Detmerode Business Forum, aircraft hangars in Braunschweig Waggum and the Global Inn Hotel.
