The Asset Management department is well-informed about Volkswagen Immobilien's entire commercial property portfolio. We look after the commercial real estate owned by Volkswagen Immobilien as well as all the properties owned by the holding company Volkswagen Group Real Estate.

Our clients include Volkswagen AG, Porsche, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, MAN, VW Motorsport, VW Nutzfahrzeuge, MAHAG, VGRE, Sitech and VDS. We also work for business partners outside the Volkswagen Group. In addition to our real-estate expertise, our clients also benefit from our good network of contacts with the VW Group.

In our portfolio we look after properties from a variety of fields: logistics, office premises, dealerships, training centres, workshops and special properties.

With our large real estate team at Volkswagen Immobilien we can also perform all other property-related services such as looking after the commercial side of your property portfolio, performing project development or carrying out repair and maintenance work.
