Training as a real estate agent.

Over your three years of training, you will become familiar with exciting fields of work in all of the segments of Volkswagen Immobilien, including our Hotel Global Inn and the company’s own plant nursery. - Insight.
As an apprentice at Volkswagen Immobilien, you will inspect commercial properties and building sites, accompany our brokers, carry out accounting and controlling assignments and be in contact with our tenants. Always with experienced colleagues at your side. - Supervision.
To optimise your integration into our daily working routine, a dedicated mentor in every department will look after you and a supervisor will be available to answer any questions you might have about your training. - School.
You will complete some of your training in an intensive course at the European Training Centre for Real Estate and Housing Management (EBZ) in Bochum. For five weeks each term, you will study there with a focus on commercial management and control, business and trade and the real estate industry. - Outstanding!

The Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate takes seven semesters combined with a practical part: training as a real estate agent.
You will study at the European Training Centre for Real Estate and Housing Management (EBZ) in Bochum. Lectures take place in blocks over five weeks in the semester. This is followed by five weeks of vocational training.
As part of your training as a real estate agent, you will first sit the intermediate and final examinations at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. At the end of your studies, you will have a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate.

Holiday jobs.

Internship.
Are you in the middle of your studies and want to gain insights into the professional world? We offer internships of between eight weeks and six months. You will work 35 hours a week and receive the legal minimum wage.
Working student.
Do you want to build professional experience and earn money while you are at uni? Volkswagen Immobilien can offer you a temporary job during the semester or over the holidays – up to 20 hours per week with a fair wage under a collective bargaining agreement that is significantly higher than minimum wage.
Bachelor/Master.
Have you already chosen a research topic for your thesis? We are excited to hear your suggestions but will also be happy to help with a book of topics. Depending on the study regulations, your work with us will last from three to six months and you will be paid the minimum wage.
