Volkswagen Immobilien supports Volkswagen AG, its brands and its subsidiaries with a wide variety of services in the field of property management. Our activities range from the initial idea to the complete construction of the property. We work in the areas project development, project realisation, facility management, and lease & leasing management. In addition, VWI functions as an investor and general coordinator for the Volkswagen Group, advising it on construction and real estate projects both at home and abroad.

Volkswagen Immobilien is the central coordinator for the VW Group's property management where the renting and management of external buildings and premises is concerned. We perform the lease & leasing management for Volkswagen AG, and are active in the field of facility management.

In the last few years, VWI has developed and realised a series of major projects for clients from all divisions of the Volkswagen Group. Among our recent references are the new Volkswagen Service Academy, the MobileLife Campus and the Volkswagen Arena in Wolfsburg.
