The apartments are already fitted out with everything you need: in addition to a bed with bed linen, a table and wardrobe, there are towels in the bathroom, a fitted kitchen with glasses and dishes, a TV and stereo, and a washing machine and dryer. All you need to bring when you move in are your suitcases.

Flexible period of notice

The period of notice on the lease is short: you can move out again just one month from the day you give notice, which enables you to be flexible in your planning. And if you prefer not to live alone, we'll happily arrange a flat share for you.
