Volkswagen Immobilien is a service provider for the rental and management of commercial premises both national and international, in particular office space, logistics sheds, warehouses and production buildings.
Within the Volkswagen Group we are the central address for the leasing and management of external premises and buildings. We are also happy to place our know-how at the disposal of companies outside the VW Group.
We have negotiated leases for commercial premises of up to 90,000 m² on behalf of our clients, achieving savings of as much as 50% over the term of the lease.
Profitability and security throughout the leasing process
We take responsibility for the entire leasing process, from the analysis of the client's needs through the search for investors and the invitation of tenders to the final signing of the lease. In addition, we also manage and optimise ongoing leases for our clients. Our aim is not only to reduce the rent, but also to minimise other costs and risks by working consistently on the terms of the lease concerned. The focus here is on regulations relating to maintenance and repair work, on cataloguing the property's condition and its fittings, and on any obligations to restore it to its original state when the lease expires.
